Okay, I have decided to switch from Wordpress to Drupal.
I did the draft for the new blog layout and doing some touch up before I import the Wordpress contents over to the new Drupal. Not sure how long it will take though. Apart from that, there will be some web-app (Okay not really a web-app) which I developed for my use and will be glad to share it with you guys if you find it useful. One of it is the lyric.jonloh.net site.
So yeah, gonna say goodbye to Wordpress soon lol.

Congratulations to you Malaysia! You have reached your 51st Independance Day. It has been one joy ride this year to see how political things are going on every single day lol.
This year I didn’t do anything much, like going for countdown and look out for fireworks. It’s indeed a very quiet Merdeka for me this year lol. I also don’t really see much of the sticky small flags to stick on the car this year.
I still remember those days when I was still in SMK USJ 8. The school will allocate one special day to celebrate Merdeka. Usually that was the day where a few students declared their own holiday LOL.
And then, I still remember a group of students will be involve with the presentations. To watch the presentations, every student who went to school had to stand/sit in the assembly area for about 2 hours. Not just presentations, but also ‘baca ikrar’ and sing many many many Merdeka songs. The school will pass a whole bunch of the Merdeka song lyric to the whole school in order to sing along, and then take the papers back to be re-used for the next Merdeka celebration >_>
I’m not sure how the students in my school celebrate Merdeka now after leaving. But I still believe the schools are doing the same thing: Presentation, sing song, Merdeka speech and end. How about in college? Well if I’m not mistaken, we don’t celebrate it at all till now LOL.

I have discovered a FREE local online TV: Yoonic. I used it to watch the official launch of P1’s WiMAX. But unfortunately the launch ended when I found out that they used this program for users to watch it online. Anyhow, I tried some local channels such as TV1 and TV2. The quality has been compressed for smooth streaming and I find it not bad at all lol. Apart from that, it has other international channels too, but I haven’t try those out yet. So, do check it out!

First, PAS was objecting for the concert to be held here. Well, you should know why lol. If you don’t know then it’s okay~
Then, today Kah Thong told me that the Sun published about Avril Lavigne to be officially cancelled because one of the minister said the date of the concert is not suitable as the date is very close to the Merdeka Day, where the minister doesn’t want the day to be filled with the rock culture =s
It’s really a sad news for Lavigne’s fans. One thing weird though when I read the news from The Star Online, that the organisers promoted the event even before they got the approval from the minister to organise the event o_O

As the title says, the P1 WiMAX packages are out, but unofficially I think.
Here’s the story: I was Googling for P1 WiMAX packages and this site popped out in one of the result. I was glad to see the prices that were released by them and was really considering whether I should switch over to P1, as the prices were really close to Streamyx.

But then, I went to P1’s site and tried to search for their released WiMAX packages, and it seem I couldn’t search for it in the end. In the searched site that I found previously, he mentioned that this link refers to their WiMAX packages. But the page is invalid.
So, I guess they are still doing some fix to the prices or something, or they changed it to somewhere. Whoever has found the page, please kindly inform me about it
